📋 Description

• The Project Manager is responsible for managing several client-based projects or company initiatives simultaneously. • Overseeing design teams and directly managing associate project managers, schedulers, and project coordinators. • Acts as a conduit to the Chief Operating Officer, Leadership Team, Director(s) and Portfolio manager. • Inspires confidence, provides direction, and a calming presence to internal/external teams under pressure. • Provides input and supporting data to Directors and Leadership teams for strategic business decisions. • Manages the performance of individual projects and project teams through goal setting and reviews. • Communicates on the success of projects and project teams using multiple means.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, construction management, or related field, preferred. • 5-7 years of design experience in Power Delivery projects. • 2-3 years of project management experience in Transmission Line or Substations. • PMP Certification, preferred. • Proficiency in MS Platforms (Project, Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint) preferred. • Proficiency in Primavera P6 preferred. • Proficiency in Deltek software (VantagePoint) preferred.
