📋 Description

• Act as a change agent for the department’s processes, focusing on improvements and automation, primarily through the creation of Power BI dashboards • Build Power BI dashboards from scratch to simplify operations and enhance analytical tools for faster, data-driven decision making — with a focus on the private pension funds market and the insurer’s investment portfolio • Revisit various team processes with the goal of automating them using Power BI, Macros (VBA) or other appropriate tools • Document developed processes so they can be replicated by other team members • Share and disseminate Power BI and VBA knowledge across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields • Strong knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, for building and maintaining dashboards aimed at simplifying processes and producing insights for more accurate decision making • Advanced knowledge of VBA for creating and maintaining macros to streamline processes • Ability to document processes clearly and concisely • Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver tasks within deadlines • Differentials: • Knowledge of programming languages • Experience building databases integrated with Excel (e.g., Access) • Understanding of how financial markets work and the characteristics of different financial instruments such as equities, government and corporate bonds, investment funds, ETFs, derivatives, etc. • Knowledge of the insurance and pension market • Previous experience in finance (controllership, investments, treasury, etc.) • Knowledge of the Quantum tool • Power Query • Knowledge of AI tools with practical application to the activities described
