📋 Description

• Support the development of the corporate strategic plan by identifying opportunities and threats (including regulatory aspects), ensuring implementation and annual review of the strategy and its cascade to all areas, with engagement at all levels of the organization. • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions to achieve strategic objectives. • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify relevant risks and opportunities. • Prepare technical reports and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Advise on the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across teams. • Assist in implementing improvements to strategic processes by applying market best practices and innovations. • Participate, when recommended, in strategic engagements with partners, shareholders, and industry entities in the insurance and relevant markets to strengthen Caixa Vida e Previdência’s strategic direction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related fields • Experience with strategic planning and competitive/market analysis tools such as BSC (Balanced Scorecard), Business Model Canvas, PESTEL, SWOT, among others • Performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs) • Data analysis: advanced Excel • Market research and benchmarking • Critical thinking • Problem solving • Teamwork
