📋 Description

• Build dashboards, reports, and analyses according to business needs, applying solid Data Storytelling principles and data visualization best practices; • Collaborate with internal teams to implement Business Intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision making; • Ensure peak performance by optimizing complex SQL queries that support reports, using AI in the validation process; • Lead the migration and decommissioning of legacy dataviz tools, centralizing and migrating visualizations to our official platform (Databricks); • Develop, implement, and disseminate standards, governance processes, audit and certification procedures for the company's official reports, ensuring a monitored and reliable environment; • Work directly with the embedded reporting ecosystem, ensuring that data views integrated into the company portal perform excellently for our clients; • Perform cross-data analyses to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement using analytical and automation tools; • Collaborate with Data teams (Engineering and Architecture) to continuously improve the architecture, modeling, and governance of the data that feed the BI; • Conduct discovery sessions with business areas to map needs, translate requirements, and rigorously document business rules; • Maintain ongoing relationships with teams across Caju to keep all stakeholders informed, acting with strong technical leadership and self-management.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, extensive experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence (Senior-level); • Advanced proficiency in SQL (hands-on experience with tuning, query optimization, and handling/transformation of large data volumes); • Experience with analytical and data visualization tools (Power BI, Explo, Omni, Metabase, and Databricks); • Practical experience and knowledge of Embedded Analytics architecture (reports embedded in portals/products); • Experience with the Databricks platform (essential for the current context); • Strong competence in Data Storytelling, dashboard design, and translating complex data into intuitive visuals; • Highly organized, self-managed profile with a culture of technical and functional documentation for processes and reports; • Excellent interpersonal communication, proactive in navigating between technical and business teams, with strong analytical curiosity; • Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and loading / ETL processes (a plus); • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields.
