📋 Description

• Operate and enhance AML transaction monitoring using Databricks, Jira, Google Drive, Slack, and DocuSign • Ensure the efficiency and coverage of the monthly CPF verification cycle • Build and maintain behavioral and volume-based AML alert rules aligned with current regulations • Develop cost-effective automations for Compliance, AML, Tax, and related teams • Identify business challenges and opportunities using data, operational signals, and regulatory trends • Define metrics and create dashboards for compliance monitoring and operations • Communicate insights and the rationale behind technical and risk decisions • Document processes and transfer knowledge to non-technical teams • Contribute to the team's strategic planning and define metrics to track delivered value

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL proficiency for manipulating and exploring large volumes of data • Experience with Python for complex analyses, automation, and data modeling • Knowledge of Databricks • Experience automating processes with Google Apps Script, n8n, or equivalent tools • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, and Power BI • Ability to translate data into clear storytelling and influence decision-making • Strong analytical reasoning and comfort working with ambiguity • Proactive and self-directed profile • Ability to work with multiple teams and priorities simultaneously • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, or a related field (a plus) • Knowledge of Data Architecture (a plus) • Familiarity with projects involving AI or Agents (a plus)
