📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python/Django, ensuring quality, performance, and security • Create and enhance REST APIs for internal and external integrations • Collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to build efficient and robust solutions • Participate in code reviews, technical standards definition, and architecture discussions • Implement automated testing practices and continuous service monitoring • Support the evolution of the payments architecture, with a focus on high availability and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development experience • Strong proficiency in Python and Django • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and Redis • Ability to optimize SQL queries and handle large volumes of data • Experience integrating REST APIs • Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of security best practices, particularly for financial systems • Experience working in high-availability environments • Previous experience with digital payment platforms, gateways, or fintech companies • Experience with Celery or Redis RQ for messaging and asynchronous processing
