📋 Description

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap, aligning them with the company's goals; • Prioritize the backlog based on business value and customer impact; • Write and detail user stories and acceptance criteria; • Work in partnership with technology, design, and business teams; • Monitor product metrics and results (OKRs, KPIs, NPS, engagement, conversion, etc.); • Actively participate in product discovery and solution validation; • Ensure solutions comply with payment industry regulations and the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Manager; • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); • Experience in technology environments or fintech companies; • Analytical mindset with a focus on data and results; • Excellent communication and stakeholder negotiation/management skills; • Experience with products related to digital payments, payment gateways, or SaaS platforms.
