• Convince and win over well-known medium-sized and large companies in the UK and Nordics • Independently identify prospective customers' needs and present appropriate proposals • Communicate with stakeholders to support agile development of the solution • Work directly with the founding team to improve the sales cycle, including lead generation and conversion rates
• Several years of experience in professional software sales • Experience in the B2B sector, preferably in IT and/or SaaS • Strong communication skills • Ability to conduct product demos for technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus • Thorough understanding of decision-making processes in larger enterprises • Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions is essential
