📋 Description

• Lead consultations with incoming leads — understand their goals, history, and what's really driving them • Guide each prospect to the right coach and coaching package for their needs • Confidently present pricing and help prospects make a decision they feel good about • Follow up with prospects and answer their questions throughout their decision • Continuously sharpen your craft through ongoing training and coaching

• A genuine, demonstrable desire to help people become the best they can be • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong time management and organization • Coachable — you take feedback and apply it • Available to work 25–30 hours/week (part-time)
