📋 Description

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals. • Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives to optimize solutions for cost, quality, and delivery. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, project delivery, legal) to align contract terms with business and technical objectives. • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation (e.g. technologies) and improvement (e.g. efficiency and/or performance). • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. • Lead and support RFP processes for major suppliers, including hardware, software or services (e.g. EPC, O&M) in support projects, or existing assets. • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure favorable outcomes. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Oversee procurement operations including purchase orders, approvals, and inventory controls. • Implement procurement systems and tools to streamline processes. • Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior leadership. • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks. • Ensure business continuity through supplier diversification and contingency planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred). • 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management. • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. • Experience with ERP systems and procurement software. • Experience with distributed energy solutions, equipment and technologies is a plus • Proven leadership and cross functional experience is required. • Experience with contract negotiations and compliance standards.
