📋 Description
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Product leaders, aligning talent and culture strategies to business priorities • Lead organizational design initiatives, role clarity, and operating model evolution • Drive strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership capability development • Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to identify trends in hiring, performance, retention, and engagement • Coach senior leaders on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness • Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and transparent culture aligned with Calix values
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience • 5+ years experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or technical organizations in a high-tech, fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate as a strategic advisor • Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy • Strong AI fluency • Excellent executive communication skills
