• Train models using millions of pages of documents to interpret and summarize a range of medical records • Work with open source LLMs to build in-house capabilities that will help assist doctors, customers, and employees • Take advantage of massive amounts of data to understand how our customers interact with our product and service offerings • Lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of projects from data requirement gathering to data processing, modeling, and recommendations • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the experience of doctors on the MDpanel family of apps using data science • Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to business leaders and influence strategic decision-making • Frequently switch between on-the-ground tactical execution and high level strategy
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a data science capacity in a business strategy, marketing, finance, engineering, or analytics organization • Experience with data querying and manipulation using Python, SQL, or R • Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling using packages such as Pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn, tinygrad, or similar • Communication and presentation skills • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, experience initiating and driving projects with minimal oversight and guidance • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
