📋 Description
• Support the development and optimization of CalMHSA Connex, ensuring secure information sharing • Collaborate with health providers and vendors to implement interoperability solutions • Conduct gap analyses and monitor compliance with federal and state regulations • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for data integration • Maintain project plans and facilitate stakeholder engagement
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field • 3+ years of experience in healthcare interoperability, ideally within behavioral health systems • Experience coordinating projects or programs in a health IT environment • Familiarity with data integration platforms such as Mirth Connect or Rhapsody • Working knowledge of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and health information privacy regulations • Demonstrated understanding of interoperability standards and protocols (e.g., HL7 v2, HL7 FHIR)
