• Atuar como interface entre o SAC (terceirizado) e áreas internas, garantindo alinhamento e qualidade na comunicação • Gerenciar escalonamentos, casos críticos e demandas estratégicas de consumidores • Acompanhar processos operacionais, como trocas, reembolsos, ordens de serviço, notas fiscais e contratos • Intermediar temas com áreas como Jurídico, Financeiro e parceiros externos • Conduzir alinhamentos, treinamentos e calibrações com a equipe de atendimento • Desenvolver e melhorar fluxos, processos e scripts de atendimento • Monitorar indicadores de performance (SLA, NPS, CSAT) e propor melhorias • Gerar relatórios e insights para evolução da experiência do consumidor
• Ensino superior completo (Administração, Comunicação, Marketing ou áreas correlatas) • Experiência sólida em SAC, atendimento ao consumidor ou Customer Experience • Experiência com gestão de processos e interface entre áreas • Vivência com sistemas como CRM, SAP ou plataformas de atendimento • Forte capacidade analítica e organização • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita • Experiência em bens de consumo ou indústria • Conhecimento em jornada do consumidor (CX) • Vivência com ferramentas como Orbium, Zendesk, HugMe ou SAP • Experiência com gestão de crises e reputação (ex: Reclame Aqui)
