📋 Description

• Overall technical responsibility for our entire SEO division • Develop our SEO strategy • Strengthen and support the team in their day-to-day work • Ensure our projects are convincing in terms of quality, strategy and business impact • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the SEO team • Provide support on complex issues and escalations • Take the lead role in large or strategically important client projects • Provide subject-matter leadership, mentoring and coaching for the SEO team • Monitor the team's ongoing SEO projects: keep goals, KPIs, quality and risks in view • Analyze complex SEO situations and develop appropriate strategies • Establish, document and continuously improve agency-wide SEO standards, processes and workflows • Design and run internal knowledge-sharing and exchange formats • Develop and maintain a structured training program for SEO trainees and juniors

🎯 Requirements

• You have flawless command of the German language, written with fluent expression and correct grammar and punctuation (minimum requirement: native speaker or C2 level) • You have at least 5 years of relevant SEO experience, primarily in agency environments and in a responsible role (e.g., Senior SEO, Team Lead, Lead SEO or Assistant Lead) • You bring comprehensive, practical SEO expertise — from technical SEO and evaluating complex websites to routine use of common web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console) and working with KPIs, through to planning and managing complex SEO projects in close collaboration with various stakeholders (clients, development, content, SEA) • You have experience in subject-matter leadership, mentoring and coaching SEO staff and enjoy supporting the development of juniors and trainees using clear, defined formats • You gladly take on responsibility, act proactively, contribute your own ideas and enjoy continuously improving standards, processes and workflows • You have a working style that fits our agency culture: transparent, collegial, team-oriented and with a strong service orientation toward our clients.
