📋 Description

• Implement the Company's commercial strategy for its products • Achieve sales targets (case volumes and/or revenue) • Achieve product listing targets (innovations and assortment changes) • Minimize existing out-of-stocks across the product portfolio • Achieve promotional objectives, from leaflet-feature resale to in-store activation • Optimize product visibility both on and off the shelf • Report and/or arrange corrections for pricing discrepancies • Optimize all available sales and merchandising resources • Cover the store network in line with visit-frequency targets • Build a strong local network with retail customers • Share relevant internal and external information with the appropriate stakeholders • Participate in sales meetings • Proactively suggest opportunities for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Business, or a related field • Previous experience in grocery retail • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Results-oriented mindset • Enjoys challenges and competition
