📋 Description

• Assist in capturing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for the data and analytics teams. • Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, or better data integration. • Work within the Agile framework to draft user stories and acceptance criteria for upcoming development cycles. • Assist in the design of source to target maps (STTM) to help developers build. • Assist in the design of Power BI dashboards that help business stakeholders track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Help ensure that delivered technical solutions meet the original business requirements through rigorous testing and feedback loops. • Engage in regular sprint meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution. • Leverage AI agents and provide feedback to train and refine the models output.

🎯 Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex information. • Basic understanding of data concepts and an understanding of SQL. • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities. • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
