📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations for US-based clients. • Lead the design, build, and delivery of the Oracle Cloud Payroll module. • Collaborate with technical teams to provide payroll module expertise during the design of interfaces, integrations, and reports. • Plan and execute SIT, UAT, and payroll parallel runs. • Play a key role in developing the Oracle HCM Cloud practice and building reusable assets/repositories. • Understand legacy payroll systems and map processes and data to Oracle Cloud Payroll. • Gather requirements, perform analysis, and prepare fit/gap documents. • Design and maintain end-to-end payroll processing cycles in Oracle Cloud (regular, off-cycle, retro, year-end). • Build strong relationships and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in processing payroll in Oracle HCM Cloud. • Experience delivering at least 1–2 Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation projects. • Full project life-cycle experience (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, deployment). • Hands-on configuration experience in the Oracle Cloud Payroll module. • Solid understanding of US payroll regulations, accounting fundamentals, and payroll best practices. • Experience working with third-party payroll/tax providers (e.g., ADP) and related integrations is a plus. • Excellent client-facing skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to interpret, validate, and analyze complex payroll data. • Proven ability to work in an organized manner, managing time effectively to meet deadlines, often handling multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining proper prioritization.
