📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM projects. • Ensure proposal creation, estimation, and scope definition are accurate and complete. • Own overall project scope, resource planning, scheduling, team performance, and client satisfaction. • Manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery. • Act as primary liaison with client leadership, managing expectations and escalations effectively. • Assist clients in integrating Oracle Cloud solutions into their business ecosystem using best practices. • Identify opportunities for account growth and support presales activities such as RFP/RFI responses. • Ensure adherence to organizational processes, methodologies, and quality standards. • Take full ownership of project team performance and development.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of ERP experience, including hands-on project leadership with a strong focus on HCM and Financials. • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing end-to-end ERP implementations. • At least one full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud project delivered as a Project Manager. • Experience managing fixed-scope, fixed-price, full-lifecycle implementation projects—preferably for Public Sector agencies. • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives, technical teams, and end users. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Active PMP Certification.
