📋 Description

• Drive the full lifecycle implementation of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing) within the chosen ERP. • Conduct deep-dive workshops to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from Finance stakeholders. • Translate requirements into functional design documents (FDDs) and perform hands-on system configuration. • Advise clients on best practices to standardize and optimize core financial processes (R2R, O2C, P2P). • Collaborate with technical teams to design and test integrations between the Finance system and other enterprise applications. • Lead unit, system integration (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT); provide Tier 3 functional support post-go-live. • Coach and mentor junior functional consultants on project methodology and functional expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, or dedicated Finance Functional Consulting. • 3+ years of full-cycle implementation experience with a major ERP Finance module (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, D365). • Deep functional knowledge across multiple financial modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
