• Identify and close new business opportunities within a global sales domain and target market segments focused on key services • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through calls and emails, networking, and by working directly with decision-makers and influencers • Prospect and advance sales efforts through on-site and face‑to‑face meetings with clients when required • Use consultative selling practices and build relationships to identify the most effective solutions to meet client expectations • Meet client expectations by leveraging CCG's services to support their growth • Collaborate with business development representatives to prepare bid submissions • Build and maintain a strong network of decision-makers and influencers • Achieve monthly targets
• Strong experience in B2B sales and business development within the consulting industry • Demonstrated track record of success in a B2B business development role • Proven ability to identify, qualify, and generate new business through prospecting and extensive research • Familiarity and proficiency with a range of prospecting tools, including LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting • Ability to identify potential clients and secure meetings while knowing when to disengage from unqualified prospects • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English are essential • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with monthly targets and delivery deadlines • Computer skills, including familiarity with office and web tools such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems • University degree in a relevant field - required
