• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts focused on digital banking and branch profitability analytics. • Oversee client engagements from kickoff through delivery—ensuring insights are accurate, actionable, and aligned to each financial institution’s goals. • Guide the creation of complex data models that integrate inputs from digital banking platforms, core systems, and operational data sources. • Collaborate closely with Product, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, and Client Success teams to align findings with roadmap and implementation strategies. • Maintain a repository of reusable dashboards, templates, and presentations to improve study efficiency and quality.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in financial services analytics, including 2–3 years leading teams. • Deep understanding of credit union and banking operations across digital, branch, and contact center channels. • Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights for C-suite, executive, and stakeholder audiences. • Expertise with data visualization and analytical tools (e.g., Google Looker, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Excel). • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complexity into executive-ready insights. • Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
