⢠Lead UX projects and drive overarching UX strategy ⢠Uphold experience design (XD) processes and collaborate closely with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions that align with the product's visual and experiential direction ⢠Execute all stages of visual design, from initial concept through engineering design reviews ⢠Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges ⢠Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate design and interaction concepts ⢠Present and defend design decisions and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders ⢠Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback to guide design improvements ⢠Contribute to and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
⢠BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field ⢠5+ years of proven UX/UI design experience across platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet) ⢠Strong portfolio showcasing demonstrable UX/UI design skills ⢠Experience working in FinTech and/or mobile environment ⢠Excellent visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction ⢠Proficient in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows ⢠Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or similar design and prototyping tools ⢠Understanding of motion design principles for interactive experiences ⢠Strong grasp of Design Thinking methodology and its application ⢠Fluent in English
