📋 Description

• Lead UX projects and drive overarching UX strategy • Uphold experience design (XD) processes and collaborate closely with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions that align with the product's visual and experiential direction • Execute all stages of visual design, from initial concept through engineering design reviews • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate design and interaction concepts • Present and defend design decisions and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders • Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback to guide design improvements • Contribute to and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field • 5+ years of proven UX/UI design experience across platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet) • Strong portfolio showcasing demonstrable UX/UI design skills • Experience working in FinTech and/or mobile environment • Excellent visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction • Proficient in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or similar design and prototyping tools • Understanding of motion design principles for interactive experiences • Strong grasp of Design Thinking methodology and its application • Fluent in English
