📋 Description

• Manage structured cabling projects from inception to completion • Oversee audiovisual and security scopes to ensure successful project execution • Lead and manage low-voltage design projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to client satisfaction • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones, track progress throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring exceptional customer service • Design structured cabling solutions in accordance with industry standards and client specifications • Work with CAD/Revit team to produce detailed design documentation • Collaborate with internal technology staff and vendors • Conduct field verification site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements • Ensure that all installations adhere to quality standards and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required. • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management and structured cabling design required. • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred. • Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems, industry standards (e.g., BICSI, NEC, EIA/TIA), and building codes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion. • Ability to multitask, manage resources efficiently, and adapt to evolving project requirements. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
