⢠Build and steward producer and manufacturing relationships ⢠Drive commercialization and scaling pathways ⢠Support product development and coordination ⢠Deliver producer-facing convenings and ecosystem engagement ⢠Develop the ecosystem for commercial pulp production ⢠Collaborate cross-functionally to support supply chain needs ⢠Engage with feedstock aggregators for non-wood cellulose supply ⢠Work with Investment Team to identify investible projects
đŻ Requirements
⢠10-12+ years of experience in industrial supply chains, manufacturing, packaging, pulp and paper, materials innovation, circular economy, or related sectors ⢠Demonstrated venture-building experience ⢠Proven ability to engage directly with producers, manufacturers, mills, or industrial ecosystem stakeholders ⢠Exposure to commercialization, product implementation, pilot coordination, or industrial scaling processes ⢠Strong project management skills ⢠Negotiation and facilitation skills ⢠Strategic thinking with focus on organizational priorities ⢠Entrepreneurial and adaptive problem-solver ⢠Excellent collaborator
