âą Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field âą 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, technology, or a related field âą 7+ years of direct product management experience âą 3+ years of people management experience âą Proven ability to drive product vision and lead cross-functional teams âą Strong analytical and problem-solving skills âą Experience with B2G SaaS, platform software, or regulated industry products âą Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
