📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end launch of Montu in Poland • Own and manage daily operations for Montu Poland • Develop and execute market entry and growth strategy • Build and manage relationships with importers, wholesalers and suppliers • Navigate Polish regulatory and licensing requirements • Develop and negotiate the local supply chain • Identify, develop and execute new commercial opportunities • Recruit, train and develop a high-performing local team • Collaborate closely with central UK/EU functions • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

🎯 Requirements

• A genuine entrepreneurial mindset • Strong track record of leading small-to-medium teams • Experience owning or working closely with P&L responsibility • Experience navigating Polish regulatory and licensing requirements • Strong strategic thinking • Fluent Polish and strong professional English, written and spoken • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Comfortable operating in ambiguity
