📋 Description

• Label, annotate, and evaluate photos, graphics, videos, stickers, and designs in German • Assess linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness • Evaluate AI-generated content against Canva’s quality bar for German users • Build and contribute to German-specific datasets supporting internationalisation of Canva AI features • Deliver labelled assets on time and meet output targets across task types and labelling guidelines • Review and refine labels based on feedback to maintain accuracy and consistency • Collaborate with in-house Data Labelling teams across the Philippines and EU • Support Canva’s Localisation team in delivering in-language AI evaluations, dataset creation, and quality assurance

🎯 Requirements

• Native German speaker • Strong written and spoken English • Confidence moving fluidly between German and English • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high quality bar • Ability to self-direct and manage time across multiple concurrent projects • Adaptability and ability to quickly learn and consistently apply new guidelines • Genuine curiosity about AI • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Availability for a 12-month B2B Service Agreement, typically 30–35 hours per week
