📋 Description
• We have a 12 fixed-term contract role (parental leave cover) partnering with the People Group. • You will spend your time engaging with People business leaders, providing financial analysis and insights, and contributing to a wide variety of impactful project work. • You will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where your growth is encouraged. • You will primarily be involved in Business Partnering, Planning and Analysis, and Project Work.
🎯 Requirements
• Have experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis within a commercial environment. • Have a natural curiosity and a hunger for continuous learning • A succinct and engaging communicator (your resume is a great way to show this) • Have aspirations of becoming a strategic finance business partner. • Have some experience working with non-finance stakeholders. • Thrive in chaos, embracing challenges with high adaptability. • A knack for storytelling with data • Have a bias for action and problem solving • Have the ability to adapt your communication style to both technical and non-technical • Have a keen eye for setting up processes and improving efficiency • Have experience with BI tools or Anaplan is a plus.
