📋 Description
• Business Partnering - Engage with People leaders to understand their goals/strategy and connect them to Canva’s broader company objectives and success. • Planning and Analysis - The bread and butter of FP&A teams is to provide clear commentary, analysis, set budgets and prepare accurate quarterly reforecasts. • Project Work - Alongside business partnering and FP&A activities, you will contribute to project work and other impactful initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Have experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis within a commercial environment. • Have a natural curiosity and a hunger for continuous learning • A succinct and engaging communicator (your resume is a great way to show this) • Have aspirations of becoming a strategic finance business partner. • Have some experience working with non-finance stakeholders. • Thrive in chaos, embracing challenges with high adaptability. • A knack for storytelling with data • Have a bias for action and problem solving • Have the ability to adapt your communication style to both technical and non-technical • Have a keen eye for setting up processes and improving efficiency • Have experience with BI tools or Anaplan is a plus.
