📋 Description

• Lead the creative development of performance marketing campaigns • Create engaging static and video advertising for digital platforms • Develop creative hooks, campaign concepts, storyboards, scripts and visual treatments • Deliver exceptional art direction across various formats • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and creators • Review campaign performance and translate insights into new creative concepts • Document creative learnings and contribute to best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Valuable experience in advertising • Strong portfolio showcasing social-first campaigns • High-performing paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest • Deep understanding of social-first advertising, audience behaviour, platform-native creative • Outstanding visual design skills • Confident creating work across digital, brand, and performance marketing • Comfortable using AI tools for creative processes • Native-level Portuguese and strong English communication skills
