📋 Description
• Design and adapt static, video, and motion ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Display. • Edit and optimize UGC videos for ad sprints. • Collaborate with marketers to translate strategy and insights into effective creatives. • Contribute to conceptualization for growth marketing campaigns and lifecycle assets. • Ensure all outputs are optimized for channel specs, on-brand, and localized for EMEA market. • Share creative learnings and insights to strengthen future testing and production.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong design portfolio showcasing digital ads, motion graphics, or UGC video edits. • Proficiency in design tools. • Experience creating content for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, or other performance channels. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt creative concepts across multiple formats and sizes. • Collaborative partner who can work closely with marketers and other creatives. • Understanding of cultural trends and how to translate them into design.
