📋 Description

• Design short-form video templates, storytelling structures, and trend-based content for users • Translate cultural and platform trends into usable, customisable creative assets • Build sequences, hooks, transitions, and story arcs that reflect real platform behaviours • Collaborate with Content Studio, Product, and Editing/Video teams to maintain alignment • Deliver content at pace while balancing craft, consistency, and scalability • Participate in trend reviews, content forecasting, and creative reviews • Contribute to experimentation across motion, video editing, and AI-assisted content creation

🎯 Requirements

• Deeply immersed in social platforms and understand what performs and why • Able to convert platform trends into templates usable by millions of non-experts • Skilled in video editing, motion design, mobile-first storytelling, and creative pacing • Curious about creator culture and the evolving role of short-form video • Collaborative, iterative, and comfortable with rapid creative production • Motivated by empowering people to express their ideas through social content
