📋 Description
• Responsável por orientar, divulgar e otimizar os modelos de negócio de tecnologia aplicáveis às parcerias tecnológicas do CENPES • Gestão dos padrões e minutas de contratos e diretrizes referentes à propriedade intelectual • Definir contrapartidas, compensação financeira e demais aspectos comerciais relevantes na formação de parcerias tecnológicas com universidades, ICTs, startups, empresas e operadores • Considerar e assegurar a aplicação de recursos de PD&I conforme regulamento ANP e ANEEL vigentes • Colaborar com stakeholders para estruturar e formalizar parcerias tecnológicas
🎯 Requirements
• Mínimo acima de 6 anos, nas atividades relacionas nas atribuições • Inglês Avançado • Nível superior Engenharia, Economia, Administração ou áreas afins • MBA em Inovação, Empreendedorismo ou áreas correlatas (desejável) • Certificações relacionadas a gestão de projetos e métodos ágeis (desejável)
