📋 Description

• Map, model, standardize and document processes. • Conduct periodic management meetings to report contract status. • Prepare reports with project performance indicators (KPIs). • Organize and facilitate forums for suppliers, planners, consultants and leaders. • Collect and disseminate lessons learned from projects. • Prepare consolidated reports containing project information and PMO controls. • Record monthly project performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Process mapping using BPMN notation. • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), MS Project, SAP, project management software, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. • 6 years of experience coordinating and managing projects. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any program within the general fields “04 Business, Administration and Law” or “07 Engineering, Production and Construction” according to CINE BRASIL. • Additional qualifications: PMP certification or a postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management.
