📋 Description

• Act as a digital transformation leader and subject-matter expert in Industrial Manufacturing and Aerospace/Defence Engineering and Plant Operations • Build and manage consultant teams for assignments • Understand customer requirements and propose, develop, and manage digital offerings • Develop go-to-market strategies and identify technology solutions and partnerships • Present business cases to global OEMs, industry players, and customers, considering business objectives and ROI • Work with sales teams, customers, and stakeholders to generate business for Capgemini Invent • Lead engagements in digital continuity, engineering transformation, and model-based systems engineering • Articulate points of view on relevant industry topics and propose future industry trends to promote thought leadership and branding

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Aerospace and Defence Consulting • Experience building and managing cross-functional teams • Experience developing market strategies and servitisation or after-sales support models • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving mindset • Sound process and technology skills • Exposure to MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) • Exposure to Agile/SAFe • Ability to leverage Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, cloud, AR/VR, automation, digital twins, blockchain, and RFID • Experience in consulting plus Industrial/Aerospace industry • Experience in Engineering and Plant Operations consulting • Project Management experience • Business Consulting experience
