📋 Description

• Develop and lead ongoing assessments of application stacks from acquired entities • Define migration, integration, or sunset strategies aligned with the enterprise IT roadmap • Collaborate with GBS Standard Application teams to provide estimates, timelines, and integration roadmaps • Document application workflows, dependencies, and processes for integration stakeholders • Manage deliverables and provide regular executive summaries to business and IT stakeholders • Communicate the impact of migration activities on day-to-day business operations • Build and maintain relationships with corporate business and IT functional areas • Act as the key point of contact for application ownership across acquiring and acquired teams

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with application migration and/or integration • Working knowledge of application development, modification, and maintenance across cloud and on-premise environments • Ability to document and analyse application workflows, dependencies, and processes • Ability to translate technical detail into clear business-facing communication • Experience working with cloud-based applications • Familiarity with enterprise application ecosystems • Knowledge of direct/employee benefits and products considered a strong asset • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to engage with technical teams and senior business leaders across complex, multi-party programmes • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an application specialist, IT integration, or related role • Track record of delivering within structured project or programme environments
