📋 Description

• Transform large and complex customer datasets into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making and revenue growth. • Partner closely with Sales, Business Leaders, Analytics, and Technology teams to develop reporting solutions, business intelligence dashboards, predictive models, and performance metrics that drive commercial success. • Help stakeholders identify opportunities, optimize cross-sell strategies, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer profitability. • Communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting. • Advanced Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, Dashboards), SQL, and Excel skills. • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business recommendations. • Preferred: Insurance or financial services experience. • Preferred: Predictive analytics, segmentation, and statistical modeling experience. • Preferred: Knowledge of Python or R. • Preferred: Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
