• Capgemini is seeking a proactive and skilled Data Marketing Analyst to join our team supporting one of the top 10 U.S. insurance carriers. • This is a prime opportunity to advance your career, gain international experience, and play a key role in driving business success through data-driven decision-making. • Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products. • They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states. • Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid) – Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm (Pacific Time) • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical tasks. • Analyze data related to incentive programs using SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI. • Validate data pipelines built by data engineering to ensure accurate data flow. • Research market trends and help identify opportunities for advanced analytics projects. • Estimate the financial impact of incentive programs using historical data.

• Experience: • 3-5 years of experience. • Skills: • Proficiency in English • Bachelor's degree • SQL – Advanced • Power BI - Entry Level • Python – Intermediate • Excel - Intermediate
