📋 Description

• - Contribute to advancing the company’s analytics vision during a critical phase of transformation, working alongside other Data & Analytics teams to embed data into the core of strategic decision-making. • - Assemble a high-performing, multicultural analytics team from scratch, aligning structure and skills with evolving business needs. • - Define and implement scalable processes, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-impact analytics delivery. • - Collaborate directly with C-Level stakeholders to define KPIs, shape strategy, and deliver insights that influence top-level decisions. • - Lead time-sensitive projects with precision, ensuring insights are both fast and business-relevant. • - Convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes. • - Provide strategic and technical guidance to data scientists and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture. • - Use data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and accelerate growth across business units. • - Lead AI/ML model development and deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and MLOps best practices. • - Work closely with IT, engineering, and business teams to optimize data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. • - Present complex analytics findings in a compelling and accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• - Prior experience in P&C Insurance, Banking or Financial Services. • - Advanced SQL and Python for data modeling, forecasting, and auditing. • - Strong proficiency in Power BI (Data visualization). • - Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. • - Solid foundation in data science and analytics methodologies. • - Understanding of data’s role in driving innovation in regulated industries. • - Adoption and scalability of analytics processes across the organization. • - Team growth and effectiveness across multiple business lines. • - Familiarity with metrics such as GWP, NB, Retention Rate, Win Rate, Loss Ratio, PIF, and more.
