âą Lead and oversee a broad portfolio of large-scale, cross-functional programs âą Manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports âą Drive the adoption of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and agile transformation practices âą Ensure operational excellence and on-time delivery âą Align projects with strategic business objectives âą Manage relationships with senior business partners âą Ensure compliance with IT Governance and budget at Business Unit level âą Identify new business and efficiency potentials

âą 10-15 years of experience in Info Technology; âą 3-5 years Management / Leadership âą Agile Methodology / SCRUM âą SAFe Framework âą Software Development lifecycle (Product Development) âą Fluent in English âą Work time: Central Time or Pacific Time.
