📋 Description

• Develop moderately complex value-based analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, and strategic/data/analytic initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and establish analytics requirements. • Create detailed documentation and business plans addressing stakeholder needs. • Liaise between IT and Product Management for data solutions. • Develop and implement enterprise-wide data integration strategies using data marts and data warehouse applications. • Improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet changing business demands and guidelines. • Consult with limited guidance from the Principal on UAT, technical specifications, strategic planning, contract design, technical support, testing updates, and training. • Apply data standards while balancing regulatory and compliance requirements with business needs. • Manage data from multiple sources and complete moderately complex projects with minimal coaching and guidance. • Transmit data, ensure data quality, troubleshoot data issues, and mitigate problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong P&C insurance background. • Ability to partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams. • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for financial loss reporting and analytics solutions. • Ability to analyze business data stories and document functional requirements. • Experience supporting data product certification. • Experience validating business rules. • Ability to ensure solutions meet reporting, data quality, and downstream consumption needs. • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Ability to facilitate discussions with SMEs and stakeholders. • Ability to translate business data stories into functional specifications. • Experience with source-to-target mapping and business rule validation. • Experience assisting with UAT planning and execution. • Ability to track issues, decisions, and approvals. • Ability to collaborate with data engineering teams. • Intermediate understanding of data elements, structures, and standards in financial services transactions, reporting, and cloud-based data storage/sharing. • Project management skills. • Ability to troubleshoot data issues and devise effective mitigations.
