📋 Description

• Provides high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications • Understands the business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT • Responsible for the conceptual design of business applications • Reviews and validates the technical design for business applications provided by the supplier • Performs quality review checks on project deliverables • Validates suppliers estimates • Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components • Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements • Evaluate existing operations to identify which tasks are best suited for automation. • Design, develop, and test scalable automation workflows using core RPA platforms. • Connect software robots to enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and databases using APIs. • Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot production issues, and update robots when underlying application interfaces change. • Create and maintain technical specifications, process definition documents (PDDs), and end-user guides. • Work along side stakeholder and business owners, performing testing and BAU support

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in RPA Automation • Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like UiPath and Power Automate • Understanding of database querying • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving under ambiguous conditions, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
