📋 Description
• Provide L2/L3 support for LabVantage LIMS across global sites • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines • Design, develop, and implement LIMS configurations, workflows, and customizations
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in LIMS support/development • Strong knowledge of SQL / Oracle / SQL Server • Java / JavaScript (preferred) • Experience with LabVantage LIMS (preferred) or other LIMS platforms • Familiarity with C# / .NET , HTML; Python basics a plus
