📋 Description

• Work autonomously with minimal supervision in software design and software development • Act as a key contributor in complex environments • Lead software design and software development team activities • Understand internal and external client needs and provide proactive advice • Assess and adapt to project issues and formulate innovative solutions • Work under pressure and drive the team toward technical and commercial goals • Manage costs for specific projects or work areas as needed • Explain difficult concepts to varied audiences • Motivate team members and create informal networks with contacts outside the area • Lead frontend and backend engineering teams • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance • Balance hands-on engineering work with leadership of an existing team

🎯 Requirements

• 9–12 years of overall experience in software development • At least 9 years of hands-on experience in iOS and/or Android application development • Strong expertise in cross-platform mobile application development using Flutter and Dart • Proven track record of solutioning, designing, and delivering large-scale, business-critical mobile applications • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs with JSON-based integrations • Experience developing or maintaining Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services or mobile backend APIs using Java or Scala • Ability to lead frontend and backend engineering teams with technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance • Expertise across Flutter and backend technologies for a Full Stack Engineering Lead role • Ability to split time between hands-on work and leading an existing team • Experience managing Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store packaging, release, deployment, and approval processes • Broad understanding of Flutter, Native Mobile Development, Mobile Web, React Native, Ionic, PhoneGap, and related frameworks • Knowledge of emerging mobility technologies, devices, carrier services, application development methodologies, and associated vendor solutions
