📋 Description

• Deliver Packet Core technical solutions according to defined LLD • Generate and validate instantiation templates and MOPs from LLD and data fill sheets • Onboard and deploy PaCo nodes • Integrate and configure PaCo nodes according to defined LLD • Execute and document System and Functional ATP test cases and artifacts • Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and ATP testing issues with care teams and customer teams, with TPM support • Open trouble tickets through Internal JIRA and Salesforce • Support migration of Packet Core services • Support delivery-to-Care handover processes • Perform feature activation testing • Prepare MOPs and artifacts for software upgrades • Conduct software upgrade lab testing and prepare golden MOPs • Upgrade PaCo nodes • Provide 4-eye support • Provide post-upgrade and emergency support with care/4LS teams • Deliver knowledge-sharing and KT sessions • Capture lessons learned in the LL tool • Support team and practice internal JIRA processes • Provide L2 support for explicitly agreed projects • Develop PaCo node certifications in coordination with KMCD

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must be located in Ukraine • Appropriate work permits required • Packet Core (PaCo) expertise, specializing in CMG • Ability to deliver PaCo technical solutions according to defined LLD • Experience with instantiation templates, MOP generation/validation, and data fill sheets • Experience onboarding, deploying, integrating, and configuring PaCo nodes • Experience executing and documenting System and Functional ATP test cases • Troubleshooting deployment, integration, and ATP test case issues • Experience supporting migration of Packet Core services • Experience preparing MOPs and artifacts for software upgrades • Experience with software upgrade lab testing and golden MOP preparation • Experience upgrading PaCo nodes • Knowledge sharing and KT session delivery • Ability to provide L2 support where explicitly agreed • Ability to develop PaCo node certifications in coordination with KMCD
