📋 Description

• Support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives within the Direct Business Unit. • Manage project activities from initiation through implementation and post-implementation review, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverable tracking. • Provide portfolio management support, including project status reporting, progress monitoring, and tracking of key priorities. • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items. • Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to facilitate alignment and timely execution. • Identify, assess, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies. • Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, and performance indicators. • Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and key stakeholders. • Develop and support project communication and change management plans. • Facilitate discussions, issue resolution, and decision-making across teams and departments. • Drive follow-through on commitments and completion of deliverables within established timelines. • Maintain project documentation, reporting materials, and tracking tools. • Support process improvements and project management best practices. • Provide guidance and coordination to project team members and support staff development responsibilities as assigned. • Perform additional project management responsibilities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience in project management, project coordination, or related business initiatives. • Experience supporting or managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and business departments. • Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and deliverable tracking. • Experience supporting project portfolios or strategic business initiatives is an advantage. • Bachelor's degree required. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. • Fluent English is required. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience developing project schedules, tracking milestones, and preparing management reports. • Ability to create clear and effective presentations and project documentation for stakeholders and leadership. • Basic knowledge of AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, is preferred. • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices. • Understanding of project scope, risk management, change management, and performance tracking. • Advanced organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines. • Strong time management skills and a proactive approach to completing deliverables. • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions. • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders. • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and reporting capabilities. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Ability to drive outcomes, ensure accountability, and follow through on agreed actions. • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. • Strong critical-thinking and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with team members and leadership. • CV must be submitted in English. • Valid local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire; FBS does not sponsor or obtain work authorization unless explicitly stated. • Employees may not engage in parallel employment, professional activities, or paid work for other entities during employment.
