📋 Description

• Capgemini is seeking a Scrum Master for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. • Consistently demonstrates leadership qualities that enables teams to deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices. • Coordinates with internal and external teams to resolve dependencies, identify and eliminate impediments, and facilitate flow. • Places focus on continually improving team dynamics and performance while assisting the team in managing interpersonal conflicts. • Provides ongoing coaching and of Lean-Agile Principles and ensure teams maintain a Lean-Agile Mindset. • The Scrum Master consistently demonstrates qualities of a servant leader. • The role places a strong emphasis on continually improving team dynamics and performance. • The Scrum Master provides ongoing coaching on Lean-Agile principles. • This role independently participates in, facilitates, and manages the outputs of all agile ceremonies. • The Scrum Master aids the team and Product Owner in managing and sequencing the backlog. • The role fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement by creating an environment for continuous learning. • With occasional support from the Release Train Engineer (RTE), the Scrum Master guides teams through the decision-making process.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Scrum Master role • 1-3 years in an Agile environment experience or 4 years of experience in a project environment required. • English Proficiency required • Bachelor´s degree preferred, • SAFe Certified Scrum Master certification (within 180 days of hire) required. • SAFe Certified Practitioner or Agilist (within 180 days of hire) preferred. • Influence • Conflict resolution • Problem solving • Great Presentation and Communication skills
