📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools • Support guided analytics, embedded analytics, and data-as-a-service capabilities to improve business decision-making • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and define reporting requirements • Gather, clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources into cohesive datasets • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through data validation and quality checks • Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity and reporting issues in partnership with IT, Data Governance, and Data Engineering teams • Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for business stakeholders • Support the adoption of self-service reporting and analytics solutions across the organization • Optimize and enhance data pipelines, reporting processes, and dashboard functionality • Stay informed on emerging reporting, visualization, and analytics technologies and best practices • Provide informal mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members when needed • Document reporting processes, methodologies, and technical requirements to support ongoing improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau • Proficiency with SQL and Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and analysis • Experience conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) and working with large datasets • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and analytics methodologies • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Data Governance, and Data Engineering • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
