📋 Description

• Provide L2/L3 application support for LabVantage LIMS across 40+ global sites • Resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines through troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Design, develop, and implement LIMS configurations, workflows, and customizations • Support new feature development aligned with Quality and R&D requirements • Manage integrations between LIMS, laboratory instruments, ERP systems, MES/Manufacturing systems, and data platforms • Support API integrations and data migration • Ensure compliance with GxP, GMP, GLP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO standards • Maintain audit trails, validation documentation, and change control processes • Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities • Drive workflow automation, process standardization, and performance optimization • Contribute to knowledge base articles and SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in LIMS support and development • Experience with LabVantage LIMS preferred; LabWare or STARLIMS experience accepted as equivalent platforms • Experience in multi-site or global deployment environments preferred • Strong proficiency in SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Java, JavaScript, web-based applications, and REST/SOAP APIs • Familiarity with LIMS BASIC, LabVantage configuration, and visual workflows • Understanding of laboratory processes in QC and R&D environments, including sample lifecycle management and testing workflows • Understanding of regulatory and validation requirements • Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D, IT, and external vendors • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Business Objects
